Type over this text I would like to see the state legislature adopt the proposed rule for Virginia to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). This is a step toward diminishing global warming, which Is caused by carbon pollution. Global warming Is causing and will continue to cause  the destruction of our beautiful world as we have known it. The killing of 23 people by tornadoes in Alabama two days ago is just one of the tragic examples of weather-related catastrophes that we can expect if we don't curb carbon pollution. Virginians, let's stand out from the apathetic (or frightened) crowd by making Virginia the first southern state to put a price on carbon pollution. here.
