“I oppose Governor Northam putting burdensome regulations on Virginia energy that will close power plants, kill jobs and raise electricity rates right here in our community. I believe that we should focus on the jobs, low electricity rates, and benefits to the economy that our power plants produce. Governor Northam, do NOT close plants that produce cheap electricity
