Please rely on evidence-based medical best practices and reject discriminatory, ideologically-driven restrictions on access to abortion and other healthcare. Eliminate pointless, onerous regulations that requireout-sized elevators, and expanded parking lots, once and for all. Providers of reproductive services should be regulated in the same way that similar non-reproductive medical service providers are. The promoting thehealth of Virginia's women is the issue, not restricting their rights to make decisions about their own bodies.
