Abortion cannot be trusted to self-regulate.  Enforce the laws, inspect the clinic and hold them accountable to what is considered reasonable regulations of any and all health facilities.  Don't allow abortion clinics to have less regulations while performing surgical procedures - it endangers the women.  Use common sense and common dencency.
