The current regulations are not improving the health of women and in some cases are endangering them. Allowing facilities to help their patients through a safe procedure without jumping through unnecissarly and limiting hoops is the direction these regulations need to go. Virginia needs to allow it's citizens to make it's own educated choices about their own health. The regulations should only ensure that abortion procedures remain safe for patients.
