Inspections of abortion facilities have produced evidence of hundreds of safety violations, one center was even closed after Gov. McAuuliffe's commissioner of Health suspended its license after a 70 pg. report of violations.  We must prevent crimes like Dr. Gosnell committed, from happening in Va. by having health and safety standards in place.  Reinstate all of the health & safety measures the Board unlawfully watered down during it last amendment process.  Reinstate the requirement that the abortion facility ensure that it has removed all of the fetal body parts from inside the female patient upon performance of an abortion.  Reinstate the reasonable design & construction standards that provided for hallways wide enough to carry patients out on stretchers in case of emergency.  Reinstate the ability of the dept. to deny, suspend, or revoke the license to operate an abortion facility for violating any provision of Article 1 ( 32.1 -123 et seq.) of Ch. 5 of Ttitle 32.1.  thank you.
