The TRAP laws were enacted for only one reason, to make it more difficult for facilities that perform abortions to exist.  There has never been concern by our General Assembly majority for the health and safety of women.  This is not about safe and proper medical procedures.  This is strickly another impediment to a woman's right to choose and have autonomy over her own body.  I strongly urge you to rescind all TRAP regulations.  No other legal medical procedure has to face these ridiculous restrictions.
