As a Virginia resident I urge you to take all possible action within your powers to reduce GHG emissions that contribute to global warming and health risks for susceptible members of our population and environment--specifically including taking the strongest possible action to reduce carbon emissions from power plants. We need to fully move towards creating and using renewable power, become a leader and job creator in this new economy and continue reducing our use of fossil fuels for the good of our residents, businesses and planet.
