Virginia must act decisively to protect its land an people from the adverse effects of climate change.  The coast has already experienced adverse impacts.  Supporting green energy will support job growth and an all around healthy environment.  We need to forget fossil fuels and pipelines as viable energy source projects.  They are environmentally destructive and physically dangerous.  Their time has passed.
