Dear DEQ,

Please write strong rules to limit carbon dioxide emissions from power plants in Virginia, and to encourage the development of renewable energy sources. These rules should ensure that the power consumers, we the people, profit from the conversion of power production from fossil fuels to renewable fuels, not the utility companies. 

Help us invest in clean solar and wind power now to save the beauty of Virginia for our grandchildren's grandchildren!
