I highly request that the Virginia Department of Environmental Qujality insure rules are passed to increase the use of solar/wind and tidal facilities to produce electrical power in this state, replacing oil, gas, and coal as fuels allowable to be used in power plants.  This needs to be done NOW and do not wait until the next governor election cycle, in order to insure it is done, and a new administration does not fall back and encourage the use of dirty and dangerous fuels.  We have fought the fought, won, and now are looking at another party which wants to take all our advances away.  Hey, we can see the Blue Ridge mountains , amost daily now, unlike just a few years ago.  This shows our improvement, viswually..  Also doctors are telling us we are healtheir than years past, because of our reducing pollution and the reduction in lung problems.  Lets not let others come in here and destroy our beautiful state.
