Dry needling is acupuncture renamed.   The licensure and practice of acupuncture requires about 3000 hours of training.   Dry needling by physical therapist has been found to be unsafe and the level of training in adequate for its safe procedure.  Acupuncturists are highly trained and specialized.    Please keep the practice  and patience of acupuncture needling safe by allowing  it's use for licensed acupuncturist regulated by the medical board.
