I support PT dry needling! I could not have recovered without it.

I am absolutely in favor of PT's continuing to dry needle. It has been so valuable in my recovery from a bad car accident. I suffered from neck, back and shoulder injuries and dry needling has improved them all. Some days when I could barely raise my arm without pain, I would go in for dry needling and then pick up weights and get through all of my exercises without pain. When being at work was difficult because my neck, back, or spine was hurting just from standing or sitting, dry needling is what has helped me function again without pain. I have been to acupuncture appointments a few times to see if they could help but it did nothing for me. And it is nothing like dry needling. There is absolutely no comparison aside from just the needles. Night and day. So many of us benefit from dry needling along with our exercise plans. Don't take away something that is safe and effective for us.
