I am against dry needling performed by under trained practitioners because I am pro public safety. Physical therapists do not receive adequate training to perform needle insertion appropriately and safely. I certainly advocate to allow PTs to practice dry needling with the same education that acupuncturists and physicians receive. Please choose to protect the public.
