Dry needling was the only thing that helped me after doctors were unable to find a specific injury that was causing my back, leg, and foot pain. It had gotten so bad that I could barely function at work. Rather than turning to  pain medication, which MANY people suggested, I made one final attempt to see an orthopedic surgeon who recommended physical therapy. After a thorough assessment, the physical therapists suggested dry needling. In six weeks I went from a miserable, sedentary lifestyle to an active, healthy lifestyle. I cannot express how much it helped me, physically and mentally. I literally got my life back.
