If PT is allowed to do dry needle (acupuncture), should they be allowed to use syringe needle?

If PT is allowed to cross their professional boundary to do dry needle (acupuncture), should they be allowed to use syringe needle for injection or actually give people injection? Once a boundary is allowed crossed, why not more boundaries be allowed crossed?

I am all for patients suffering being alleviated timely and many techniques/interventions can help alleviate suffering, it is how to do it professionally and in a sustainable way that matters to the public in the end. PT and acupuncturists are also part of the public. We have a common interest as a member of a larger society.
