I am a dance teacher, with 30 years experience, and performed professionally for 20 years. Many dancers I know have benefited from this procedure. Because we are more flexible than the average person, the usual massage techniques are not always enough. Perosnally, it helped relax a muscle very deep in my glute, that just was not responding.
