Permit Trained PTs to Dry Needle

Acupuncture and dry needling does help. If a PT is professionally trained/certified then they should be permitted to perform dry needling. Pain killers do not always work and if dry needling and acupuncture alleviate pain it makes very good sense in so many ways. There will probably be less Rx overdose deaths, too.
