Dry needling/trigger point acupuncture and is good but PT not allowed to do intramuscular Treatment
I seem patients leaving their comments here to support Drying needling due to its efficacy. But whether PT could do drying needling is not based on how good drying needling can be.
By PTs career definition intramuscular treatments is not in PTs scope.
