I've both seen acupunctursts and dry needling in the past, the acupuncture sessions worked way better, the dry needling sessions didn't, plus my therpist doesnt know the proper sterilization techniques, he made me cry with those long needles with random pokes that made my conditions worse. I don't recommend the unsafe practice of dry needling!
