Patient's and other practitioners should have the greatest weight in the town hall to provide least biased opinion. I will say yes as I practice DN as a DPT, and Acupuncturist will say no but those are obviously biased opinions. Take into account unbiased sources from the community and add in the evidence regarding safety of the procedure please. If there are studies and an unbiased community that support safety or lack of, please side with that view. Please disregard PT or acupunture opinion due to bias.
