Physical Therapists who perform TDN are SAFE! 

(1) by virtue of their knowledge and training, PTs arguably are the best suited of all health care practitioners to perform the procedure.

TDN is NOT Accupuncture! This is not an arguement; simply a fact in practice, description, law and otherwise.

All regulations restricting practice should be build upon the framework of good patient care. 

1st Do No Harm;   Are there patients who feel harmed by PT performing TDN?  I don't see evidence.
