First of all Needling is exclusive therapeutic method and scope of practice of acupuncture. It is illegal, unmoral and shameful for PT to steal acupuncture treatment skills. 

Secondly, it takes 2 to 3 thousand hours for an acupuncturist to learn how to handling needles, while PT has no enough training accordingly. Therefore it may be harmful to the public safety.
