Even the Clean Needle Technique training takes 8 hours not including the readings and preparations weeks ahead. 50 hours of training is barely enough to learn to handle needles properly and safely, plus probably locating a few points. But to know where to put the needles requires a systematic understanding of the theories. Sticking needles to patients blindly will not only be ineffective, but bring harm instead.
