Accupuncturist is the one who acquired both medical education and proper training on the application of the accupucture needle. Acupuncturist is the one who passes the states or national Board of Accupuncture examination and qualified to practice needling treatment legally. In order to proctect the public from the unqualified needling practitioner, needling treatment should be only practiced by a certified acupuncturist.
