Our client's are being taught to learn how to manage multiple health and psychiatric issues independently. Often in real life situations people are expected to manage multiple health issues and in the case of our client's this includes psychiatric diagnoses. Multi tasking is included in these scenarios time and time again. Meaning that one would possibly have multiple tasks to complete in one day. These could include a doctor's appointment or two along with the need to budget money or buy groceries. 5 hour session are used sparingly, but are needed to help promote independence. If a client needs to have an evaluation from a hospital for psychiatric reasons and the clinician left them alone to fend for themselves all because  of a cap on hours was mandated it would/could result in them choosing to leave verses seeking the help needed. Please reconsider these changes.
