Capping the unit hours for MHSS clients can be detrimental to clients and service providers. Decreasing this would cause unnecessary stress on all sides, especially when clients are experiencing an intense crises, heightened symptoms and more. Decreasing the cap will cause additional stress to service providers that would force them to take on more clients, causing burnout.
