Request public hearing on Governors plan to change conceal handgun regulations

As an out of state resident who may visit your state in my travels, changing your regulations so I no longer have conceal weapons reciprocity puts me and other out of state citizens at risk of running afoul of your laws. Similar actions by states like New Jersey has a long history of snagging inocent victims of the state's onerous gun control laws and threatened them with jail time. One example was a young black mother who had a concealed carry permit in her state of Pennsylvania  was stopped by a state trooper for a minor traffic violation. The woman told the trooper she had a concealed permit and had her gun in the car. She was arrested and the DA pushed for conviction. Her child was taken away from her by child protective services and she could have been convicted and jailed for years had she not been given a pardon by the governor.  Is this the kind of laws you want in your state?
