Please see the difference

Hello,

Many people have outlined the reasons why dry needling is acupuncture in this forum. I do hope it helps those of your reading see comments see how the tiny amount of hours devoted to dry needle training is insufficient.

I have been teaching acupuncture needling and anatomy for eight years. There is a great deal of care and tremendous time devoted to needling effectively with the smallest gauge needle possible.

It is anecdotal, however in my experience with clients and friends, I have encountered many people hurt or injured via dry needling. I would feel differently if dry needling standards matched the hours of acupuncturists. This does not appear to be the case and people truly are being injured.

Please consider the voices of the acupuncturists and supporters who have taken the time comment on this forum.

Thank you.
