A PT without credentials and experience in Acupuncture/OM is potentially dangerous

To focus on dry needling, to the exclusion of understanding the patient's unique global condition, is to practice Acupuncture without proper credentials or experience.  This is dangerous to the patient and disrespectful to the practice of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, which requires years to learn, and many more to become an effective clinician.  Which of the PT's and their patients would pay to be treated by nurses, surgeons or dentists who took crash courses in alternative or integrative madicine?
