I am a North Carolina resident and a Virgina homeowner. I spend most weekends, holidays and often, weeks on end, in Virginia.  I also spend quite a lot of money in the local economy and taxes.  I am 72 years old and no longer have my youth to defend myself as I once could. I hope I am able to continue with the desire to spend quality time in Virginia.
