Needling is needling, there is no such thing as "dry needling" or "wet needling".  Practitioner need proper training to be able to practice. 

If a massage therapist claims he/she know all techniques that a PT supposed to master, can he/she practice as  PT?

PT will definitely say "NO". Who can verify the massage therapist skills as he/she claimed to be. (even the most most PTs are doing basically the same thing as massage therapists do, plus utilizing some none-intrusive equipment.)

Why PT want to do something they are not trained to do? Needling is an intrusive technique.  there is a reason behind the training.  A MT can learn PT's techniques within 1 month, but a PT need to study anatomy, physiology, pathology etc... for 3 years.  

How can a PT can get "dry needling without proper training ?  It will put consumers in great danger! therefore I strongly oppose PT needling without proper training.

Please consider consumer's benefit and right as the first priority.
