In my extensive interstate travel alone, I have been able to provide for my pesonal defense by arranging routing through states recognizing CWP reciprocity with Virginia.  This executive action to negate Virginia reciprocity has made routing this travel nigh unto impossible.  911 provides no protection,  The governor and attorney general should, with the same concern for safety and the public purse, disband their state-paid personal protection services and arrange for their own defense as the rest of us.
