Innocent, law abiding people will suffer because of this pointless, idiotic decision. When was the last time an out of state permit holder committed a gun crime in Virginia? Our Commonwealth is significantly less safe thanks to this "safety" measure. Furthermore, Virginians travelling in other states will be impacted as other states will refuse to recognize Virginia CHPs. Shame on the Attorney General for this boneheaded move!
