i am a very strong supporter of dryneedling. it has made it possible for me to live a normal life. i fell several  yrs ago at a hotel that had a highly waxed floor my mistake. i immediately had muscle spasms. at times i have been in great pain and unable to walk. the use and talent of dry needling .immediately helped  me to be  pain free and able to walk and move. of  course dry needling must be followed up with icing or other instructions as needed. without the ability to get dry needling when i have spasms  i would have a painful daily life and would miss so much

i have tried acupuncture without any success- if not dangerous effects.

i have sent several people to my physical therapist and it has also changed their lives
