Having undergone two shoulder surgeries and an ankle surgery, I can undoubtedly say that Dry Needling has been crucial to my healing. I fell after surgery, and the one thing that helped my PT keep me from getting frozen shoulder, was dry needling. Additionally, I suffer from Migraines, some of those migraines last days on end and one session of dry needling on my neck and my pain is instantly relieved and my migraine is gone.
