I am a state employee at an executive agency. DHRM policy already adresses it and that policy is unconstitutional in my opinion. We now have signs advertising a gun free zone. This does not keep ys safer. The only folks that will adhere to it are the law abiding citizens. An outside threat is not going to be avoided because you attempt to disarm employees of the state. You are just advertising a gun free target zone. Unconstitutional. We have a right to bear arms, period.
