It took me four years to understand the foundations of Traditional Chinese medicne and acupuncture.Would the state allow someone to practice Physical Therapy with 54 hours of instruction. This proposal is an outrage to pubic safety and  is simply a scam to bring in more $$$ and clients who think the state is protecting them. I spent 2000 hours in Chinese Medicne University and a year internship in a Traditional Chinese Medicne Hospital in PRChina. I am just scratching the surface of the protential of this science. 54 hours......this is a farce and joke on the public..
