A thinly veiled test drive of Unconstitutional Imperial Edicts that will lead to more onerous regs

This is a thinly veiled attempt at restricting the rights of Virginians to self defense and removes the ability to defend oneself as needed wherever one travels within the state.  It is yet another of the Democrats attempts to make every public venue a "victim zone" and is another step towards dictatorial rule, where citizens and their representatives are ignored as one man with an agenda is allowed to dictate how we may live.  This is not a proper response to the tragedies the current Obama administration has caused by its inability to recognize the sources of crime and terrorism.  It is instead a replay of the bad policies that have created the war zones one sees in Chicago, LA, SF, and any other number of "blue state" horror shows.  What comes next, an Imperial Edict telling us how we may speak and think?  Indeed, we are there already it seems.  This is one action that should be put on the scrap heap, along with our carpet-bagger Governor.   This should be deferred until representational government is restored.
