Dry needling is Acupuncture.dry needling is renamed from chinese Acupuncture.dry needling is a subcategory of Acupuncture.Western needle is an injection to the body.Chinese Acupuncture is (like dry needle)mainly used to prevent and treat diseases.chinese acupuncture(like dry needle) includes treatments like external disease,muscle pain,common cold,dermatitis and acute/chronic internal gastritis, asthma, gynaecological diseases etc. Acupuncture or dry needle from the same resources and technique, as treatment of diseases. The method being piercing of the dkin in specific points on the body. But the practise of dry needling lacks of knowledges and proper manipulation compared to Acupuncture. Therefore,dry needling is part of chinese Acupuncture, thus people who practice dry needling must be equally educated and licensed Acupuncturist.
