I have been receiving dry needling off/on for over a year.  I have compressed discs in my neck which has been over the years treated with PT and pain management injections.  My doctor suggested dry needling and after several sessions my pain decreased to minimal to none.  Of course I need to do exercises regularly too, but I am a supporter of dry needling.  This procedure has helped me avoid injection and surgery and I would recommend it as an option to anyone seeking relief.
