As a person that has lived with chronic pain for over fifteen years I feel I can comment on this subject. I have tried various types of therapy to include manual, acupuncture and dry needling. Dry needling by far has been the form of therapy that has worked best for me.  I haven't felt this good in years.  In my opinion the two are nothing alike.
