I believe the proposed changes will help with the voting application process, which can discourage legitimate Virginia voters from signing up. On the other hand, it is very important to ensure that only legal voters can vote. After reading the proposed changes, I believe that it strikes a good balance. Virginia still has Voter ID laws that will keep illegal voters form voting. I support all attempts at making it easier for legitimate voters to vote and illegitimate voters out of the voting booth!
