The McAuliffe administration does not have the authority to make these proposed changes to the registration form. Doing so would be contrary to the VA Statutes and the VA Constitution.

Even if changes were made in the statutes and the Constitution, these changes would be unwise. They would lead to more voter fraud, additional costs, and more work for registrars.
