I do NOT support changes to the Voter Registration Form !  Everyone who votes should ONLY be confirmed legal US citizens.  How can checking a box ever be considered a barrier to voting, according to the Governor?  Under McAuliffe's proposal where an applicant would not check the box, they could not be rejected.  Requiring to check a box is a deliberate act by the person to affirm his legal US citizenship.
