I do not understand why, given the important of being a citizen of the United States AND not a convicted felon, these declarations wouldn't be in a prominent place on the voter registration form.  They should not be buried in the fine print.  Governor McAuliffe, please tell us why you want to change the form?  What benefit would there be in doing so?  Thank you.
