I can see some felonies being able to vote, as long as it is under a certain amount of felons (like 3). If someone keeps committing crimes, that is not the type of person you want making decisions. On the other hand everyone makes mistakes. Illegal aliens? That's not right. Let's just make the world open for any country to come vote in someone who is going to take over America.
