I would like to express my concern regarding the 2015 Voter Registration Form proposed changes by Governor Terry McAuliffe.   Why there is a need to change the form and the rules to be eligible to vote in Virginia? We need to keep with the Constitutional rules that have been  in place that require ID's to prove that we are eligible to vote in Virginia.
