(1) Electronic information is even less secure than printed cards. People get cards printed in order to drive; they should get cards printed in order to vote. (Yes, a "registered voter" space could appear on the back of a picture ID card.)

(2) People who aren't legally eligible to work in the U.S. should not be voting in the U.S. People who vote in Virginia should even be able to prove that they own or rent homes in Virginia.
