Do not compromise the integrity of voting in Virginia nor open the door to unlawful, fraudulent voting by changing the Voter Registration Application Form.  By law, only qualified citizens are entitled to the franchise.  DO NOT CHANGE the requirements currently set forth in the law to vote and do not alter the Voter Registration Application Form.  This is an obvious partisan effort to circumvent the law and perpetrate voter fraud.  Do not permit it!
